A 25-year-old man who served jail time for raping a 10-year-old girl in Lowell and appeared on the state's most-wanted sex-offender list is back behind bars for another two years.

A $100,000 challenge grant introduced last month by the Greater Lowell Community Foundation has already awarded its largest-available matching share.
